We have been living at Trio Orleans since June and my experience has been nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I first inquired about the property online to settling into my new home, the entire process has been smooth and enjoyable, thanks to the outstanding team. The leasing process at Trio was straightforward and efficient. Megan was incredibly responsive and helpful, ensuring that all my questions were answered promptly. She provided me with clear and detailed information about the lease terms, and I felt confident in my decision to choose Trio as a new home for my family. Moving in was smooth. The elevator was available for booking should we need it , the apartment was in good condition, with a lovely, small welcome gift . So far, the living experience at Trio Orleans Apartments has been lovely. The property is beautifully maintained, with clean and well-kept common areas. The amenities, including the gym and BBQ area add significant value to the living experience. The leasing team and property management are always available to address any concerns or questions. They are proactive in communicating important information. For example, they recently provided me with guidance on booking common areas for gatherings upon my inquiry. Not to mention, the location is ideal, with convenient access to public transportation, making commuting a breeze. Can't wait to start making lovely memories with my kids in our new home
